This guided meditation guides you through a seated mindfulness practice using the breath as the primary object of our awareness. This is an introduction to mindfulness practice and is suitable if you have never meditated before or if you have some experience. It is a great practice to help you to be here and now in the moment, to be focused and calm.  This is the 10 minute taster version of the full 30 minute practice which forms a part of the BMBH  Mindfulness Course and is also available for download.
